ISABEE Interactive Ltd ("ISABEE", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ISABEE mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our app.

By using ISABEE, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use ISABEE, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: name, email address, username, phone number, password, date of birth, referral code, and promo code information
• Profile information: profile picture (if provided)
• Usage data: quiz scores, answers, tournament entries, tournament results, rankings, streaks, badges, tickets, XP, practice usage, and gameplay statistics
• Wallet and payment information: wallet balance, deposits, withdrawals, refunds, prize credits, transaction references, payment status, and payment provider records. We do not store your card details directly.
• Identity verification information: KYC status, verification job identifiers, identity document type, selfie/biometric verification status, and fraud-prevention signals where required for withdrawals, age checks, anti-fraud, or regulatory compliance.
• Bank and payout information: bank name, bank code, account number, account name, saved withdrawal accounts, withdrawal requests, and payout status.
• Device and technical information: device type, operating system, app version, push notification token, crash/error information, IP address, and basic network or security logs.
• Advertising and analytics information: ad interaction information and limited device/ad identifiers made available by advertising SDKs, subject to your device permissions and platform settings.
• Support information: messages you send to support, support ticket history, account context needed to resolve your request, and actions taken by support tools.
• In-app purchase information: product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts, subscription status, and purchase validation results from the App Store or Google Play.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide the quiz, tournament, and practice features of the app
• Track your scores, streaks, badges, and leaderboard rankings
• Process wallet transactions and tournament payouts
• Verify identity, age eligibility, and withdrawal eligibility
• Validate in-app purchases and restore eligible purchases
• Detect fraud, duplicate accounts, collusion, abuse, and unauthorised activity
• Send push notifications about tournaments, streaks, and app updates
• Show rewarded ads and measure ad delivery where applicable
• Improve the app experience and fix bugs
• Respond to your enquiries and provide support, including through automated support tools where appropriate

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with:

• Payment providers: Paystack and Flutterwave process wallet deposits, bank verification, withdrawals, transfers, and related payment records on our behalf. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
• App stores: Apple App Store and Google Play process in-app purchases and subscriptions and provide transaction information used to validate and restore purchases.
• Identity verification providers: Smile ID and related compliance providers process KYC, selfie, document, and identity verification information for withdrawal eligibility, anti-fraud, and regulatory compliance.
• Advertising providers: Google Mobile Ads and related ad networks may process ad delivery and ad interaction information for rewarded ads and ad-supported features.
• Push notification providers: Expo and platform notification services may process push tokens and notification delivery information so we can send app alerts.
• Support and automation providers: We may use secure third-party tools, including AI-assisted support systems, to help respond to support requests and operate administrative workflows.
• Cloud hosting: We use third-party servers to host the app and store data securely.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Your password is stored in an encrypted format. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Push Notifications

ISABEE may send push notifications about upcoming tournaments, streak reminders, prizes, wallet activity, support updates, and other app activity. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or in-app notification preferences where available.

6. Advertising

ISABEE may show rewarded advertisements, such as ads that grant an additional free practice session. Advertising partners may receive limited device, ad interaction, and diagnostic information according to your device permissions and platform settings. We do not permit users under 18 to join live Tournaments.

7. Children's Privacy

ISABEE is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, dispute, or regulatory reasons
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time

9. App Privacy Label Summary

For App Store privacy disclosures, ISABEE may collect data linked to you for app functionality, analytics, advertising, support, payments, fraud prevention, compliance, and purchase restoration. This may include contact information, user identifiers, purchase history, payment or payout information, gameplay and product interaction data, advertising data, customer support data, crash data, and performance data.

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising partners may process limited advertising data for rewarded ads according to your device permissions and platform settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use of ISABEE after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
